TAP Energy Conservation and Housing Rehab provides home weatherization services to the citizens of the City of Roanoke, Roanoke County, Salem City, Botetourt County, Craig County and the Allegheny Highlands and Rockbridge County. Weatherization services are designed to reduce the cost of heating and air conditioning and improve the quality of life. TAP Housing and Community Development weatherization programs are funded by the US Department of Energy and the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
