Families in Transition | Fatherhood and Families

TAP Fatherhood and Families provides a range of services to help fathers become more involved with their children's lives The core of the program is Fathers at Work.

Fathers at Work is a national demonstration project funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. Fathers at Work is operated in six locations across the country. The National Center for Strategic Non-Profit Planning & Community Leadership provides technical assistance and resources relating to fatherhood, and Public Private Ventures provides all data collection and evaluation assistance for the project.

TAP Fathers at Work was listed by the Social Policy Action Network as one of the twelve "Fatherhood Programs That Work."
