This month marks the celebration of TLC’s computer lab.

| On Friday, May 22, 2009 Information Technology
Department Chair Roger Hodges along with three
students, David Abell, Kip Bartholomew
and Josh Dunbar, spent all day at the Total Action
Against Poverty Transitional Living Center (TAP/TLC) installing a
computer lab. The install included first story to second story
wiring with 150 feet of cable and wiring; as well as installing and
configuring the computer lab. The lab consists of four computers
donated to TAP by National College. Roger noted that the students
learned a lot from the project and they even want to do another
install project to get more experience. "They did an excellent job
," said Roger. "It is good to see that they have learned so much
and applied it so well. It is especially gratifying that they
recognize the benefits of this sort of community service project." Pictured during the TAP/TLC install are (clockwise from top left) Kip Bartholomew, Josh Dunbar, Roger Hodges, and David Abell.
