TAP Head Start’s Chili Cook-off

 

TAP Head Start’s Fatherhood Program recently held its first juried Chili Cook-off at the TAP Head Start Lincoln Terrace Child Development Center.  Many of TAP’s child development centers sent their best parent cooks to the contest.  Local celebrity judges included Coach George “Killer” Miller, Scott Terry Cabbler, Carla Lewis, and TAP’s own Ted Edlich.  Competition was fierce with many delicious and fiery entries.  Hurt Park Child Development Center received the first place trophy. Over 200 parents and 125 children attended the event.
