Design and provide a job readiness and job retention training course that
addresses the needs of area employers.
2.
Provide motivational and self-esteem building instruction.
3.
Instruct trainees on proper job seeking techniques (interviewing, resume
writing, application completion, employer communications, etc.)
4.
Provide life skills instruction as it applies to job retention
5.
Provide counseling and referral services to address needs of clients.
6.
Coordinate Transitional
Employment Program
7.
Identify appropriate job opportunities for clients.
8.
Provide un-subsidized job placement for clients
9.
Assist in marketing of Fathers First to both potential clients and
employers program.
9.
Complete mandatory reports required by funding source and Assistant
Director for THIS VALLEY WORKS.
10.
Perform other activities as directed by the Program Manager and Assistant
Director for THIS VALLEY WORKS.
