1) Assist Food Production Supervisor in taking inventory
and maintaining stock, as scheduled. 2) Assists in
preparation of meats, vegetables, fruits, and other foods daily.
3) Cleans floor and packaging area daily.
4) Cleans storage (dry), freezers and refrigerators
weekly.
5) Carries food to and from stockroom, freezer and
refrigerators daily.
6) Cleans kitchen and food service equipment daily.
7) Opens and packs food cartons and crates upon
receiving daily.
8) Prepares food for delivery daily.
9) Prepares food transport containers for
packaging/delivery daily.
10)Drives van or truck to deliver food to centers as
requested.
11) Works as a team member with other kitchen
personnel.
12) Performs other related food service tasks upon
request. |
