HCD | Home Ownership Counseling

TAP Housing and Community Development offers an array of counseling services    which include Pre-Purchase Counseling, Post-Purchase Counseling, Mortgage Default, Rental Counseling and Homeless/Displacement Counseling.  We offer Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) Home Ownership Education Classes once a month to assist individuals in understanding the home buying process.  Classes are held one Saturday each month  in the 7th floor conference room at the Crystal Tower Building located at 145 W. Campbell Avenue, Roanoke, VA from 9:00a.m. until 3:00p.m.  Space is limited!
