BENEFITS OVERVIEW

The first six (6) months of employment will be considered an initial orientation  period.  This gives you an opportunity to find out whether or not you are going to like it here and gives us a chance to find out whether or not your work, attitude, attendance and performance meet our standards of employment.

Regular FT or PT employees are eligible for the following benefits:

   *  Paid Annual Leave
   *  Sick Leave
   *  Paid Holidays
   *  Life Insurance
   *  Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
   *  Bereavement Leave
   *  Jury Duty Leave
   *  Retirement Benefits
 

Employees who work less than 21 hours per week are not eligible to participate in the TAP group health insurance plan.

Temporary PT and FT employees are eligible for Holiday Pay, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty.  Temporary employees are not eligible for Annual Leave, Life Insurance, Group Health Insurance, STD or LTD benefits.

After six (6) months of continuous employment you are eligible to participate in the following:

  • Group Health and Life Insurance (all regular employees who work at least 21 hrs/week)   
  • Includes Hospitalization Benefits, Major Medical, Vision and Dental
