Must be able to adhere to written policies and procedures
without frequent supervisor follow-up.

Ability to communicate and have cordial interactions with
co-workers, other staff, parents and children.

be able to observe and supervise children individually and as a
group and respond to their needs in a timely and appropriate
manner.

Must have demonstrated initiative.
5. Must
support a team approach in meeting Head Start Performance
Standards and licensing requirements.
6. Must
follow the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct regarding appropriate
interactions with staff and parents, includes refraining from
gossiping or inappropriate interactions with colleagues and
parents.
7. Must
create a positive work environment by demonstrating flexibility
and willingness to perform other job-related duties as assigned
and arrive to work on time and ready to begin the day's
