What is the Total Action for Progress Home Weatherization Program?

The Weatherization program is designed to reduce the cost of heating and cooling homes in order to make them more energy efficient. This program helps families to save money and makes homes safer for habitation during extreme hot or cold weather.

What areas does this program serve?

Residents of the counties of Alleghany, Bath, Botetourt, Craig, Roanoke, and Rockbridge, and the cities of Buena Vista, Covington, Lexington, Roanoke, and Salem are eligible for services.

Is there a cost for this program?

There are no costs to approved clientele for this program.

How can I access services?

The Weatherization program is located at 2121 Salem Ave. SW, in Roanoke, Virginia. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please contact Tonya Williams at (540) 283-4899 for more information. Am I eligible for this service?
